From empty retail unit to thriving swim school
Wagtail led Swimwell's development on the client side, coordinating lease negotiations, finance, design, specialist procurement, construction delivery and commercial launch.
After overcoming major tender and contractor challenges, the dedicated pool opened in June 2026 and quickly established a growing swimming operation.
